Financial Information

Patient Billing

We strive to deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. In this pursuit, we ask for payment at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For your convenience we accept Visa and Mastercard. If you have a financing need, we work with several financial agencies that offer reasonable rates on approved credit. We also offer automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. It is essential that you provide us with all pertinent insurance information in order for us to properly bill your insurance company. We provide this insurance billing service as a courtesy to our patients. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a monthly statement to keep you up to date on any activity in your account. Most insurance companies will respond to our request for payment in four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
